The meditation music presented here is designed to bring you in contact with your ancestral past which is lying dormant in the subconscious parts of your brain. As a species, we have been living 500.000 years on the East African savannah. The survival behavior from this period is stored in our genes in many ways that still determine our behavior today.
Our life energy is in possession of our inner caveman. One could ask why it is important to wake this sleeping stone age monster within our own brain. The answer is simple. What we can get here is life energy. This power is tremendously important for us if we want to come out of the dullness that is created as a byproduct of human over-civilization. However, this energy needs to be cultivated through meditation. Our ancestral wild tribal and shamanistic energy need to meet the pure awareness of meditation to be useful. It is like raw oil getting refined in the refinery.
I have often observed how people fall asleep while meditating. This is due to the lack of energy in an over-civilised, and according to my experience based opinion far too polite meditation culture, we have developed here I the west. Of course, it is important to be kind as Buddhism and Christianity preach, but it is more important to be true to your nature. You have to allow your inner caveman to teach you wildness. If you surrender to his wildness, you will defeat him with your kindness.
A truly sparkling awake meditation needs a lot of energy and this energy you have to find in your ancestral past. You have summoned the courage to meet your wild inner stone age man and ask him for his cooperation, and this is what this track is all about. Just put on your headphones and be prepared to meet your inner power.

Second Invocation (9:22)
In Second Invocation, the Invocations by a Tibetan Rinpoche meets with the vocals of Lakota Indians. Both these cultures have common ancestors from the area around the Baikal Lake in Siberia close to Mongolia. People from Tibet, Burma, Mongolia, Greenland and Alaska to Indians in South America are connected with deep ancestral bonds, and they still use the shaman hand drums used in this track.
Mongolian Shaman (4:30)
The voice of this shaman is awesome! She is full of power, innocence, and childlike joy. While I was creating this track I felt that she was standing behind me and nodding her head when I intuitively did something she liked. The idea in this track combining her ancient voice with synthesizers and a modern sound frame is to demonstrate that we, surrounded by technology, are quite capable of at the same time to dive deep inside our ancestral shamanistic consciousness. In fact – without that deep connection with the animalistic totem essence within us, we tend to live as ghosts in a digit world of zeros and one.
Shaman voice: Mrs. Balzir, Mongolia
The recordings of her voice were made by UNESCO 1991-93
